WhimWork is preparing to launch an event-vendor marketplace in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle the information you choose to submit through our early-access forms.

What information we collect

When you express interest in early access, we collect your name and email address, the type of user you are (event organiser or vendor), and any optional information you provide about your event idea, business, service category or website/social profile.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your interest, contact you about the WhimWork launch or early-access opportunities, and understand the needs of potential organisers and vendors. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and share information

Early-access responses are collected using our website hosting/form-processing service and are accessible to authorised WhimWork team members. Such service providers may process data outside Singapore, subject to their applicable security and privacy arrangements. We do not publicly display your form responses.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, or until you request its deletion where applicable, subject to legal and operational requirements. We periodically review whether we still need it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or withdraw your consent for launch updates, by emailing us. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable Singapore personal-data requirements.
